Studio Policies

    • We require pre-registration for class using the FitDEGREE app or website version of the app.

    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of class.

    • If parking in the garage, you must validate parking before class begins at the front desk. You will need your license plate number.

    • Please be on your mat at the start time of class. We cannot admit students into the studio after class has begun and the front door will be locked.

    • Please no phones in the studio room. If you must have your phone for special reasons, please silence the phone and leave it face down.

    • Recording video during classes is strictly prohibited. We welcome you to take photos before class and after class, please tag us so we can share!

    • If you are using a smart watch, please make sure it is on silent mode.

    • Please leave all belongings in the lockers outside the studio room including your shoes.

    • You may bring your water bottle and sweat towel into the studio room.

    • Do not leave class early unless it is an emergency. This helps prevent disrupting the experience for other students.

    • Please avoid chatting with friends/fellow yogis after your class has already begun so that you and your fellow classmates can reap the benefits of a focused practice.

    • We recommend you bring your own mat but we do have some entry level mats available for rental. Blocks, weights, bolsters, blankets, and straps are available for your use in the yoga room. Please wipe down any loaners before putting them back. If you need assistance, your teacher is there to help.

    • For your safety, weights are not permitted during non-weighted classes and exercises/sessions where weights are not given as an option. Please see your teacher for instruction on what props you will need for class.

    • If you have questions, you can contact us by texting us at 850-809-0602. We do not utilize a phone in the studio.

    • When parking in the garage, you must validate your parking at the front desk with your license plate before class starts.

    • If you take back to back classes, you must re-validate your parking at the front desk before the next class starts.

    • We have no control over the garage parking ticketing process and are not responsible for your parking tickets.

    • If you receive a ticket, we can provide you a screen shot of your attendance for you to include in your appeal to Premium Parking. To obtain the screenshot, text 850-809-0602.

    • We cannot extend parking validations beyond your time at disko.

    • When you sign up online or through our app, you are guaranteed a spot in the class.

    • After you’ve registered online, please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class starts and don’t forget to check-in at the desk before heading into the studio room.

    • We begin class right on time and cannot admit students into the studio after class has already begun. Additionally, please wait until all of the students from the previous class have exited the studio room before entering to set up.

    • Even when a class appears full, you may, and should, add yourself to the waitlist. When a cancellation is made and a spot opens up for you, FitDEGREE will prompt you to move into the class. Our waitlists commonly cycle through 20-30 spots.

    • If you are signed up for notifications, you will receive an email or text message as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. 

    • Once you are added to the class from the waitlist you become responsible for attending or canceling. If you are on a waitlist and you know that you don’t plan on coming in for class, make sure to remove yourself so you aren’t added without adequate time to make it into the studio.

    • Make sure you pre-register for class early.

  • No shows without cancellations will result in a $15 charge to your credit card on file and must be paid prior to your next class.

  • We lock the doors to the studio at the start of class time. We cannot admit students into the studio once class has already begun.

    • We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

    • We do not offer extensions on class passes or newcomer special offers.

  • In certain situations, a class pass transfer can be granted. For example, if you are moving and would like friend or family member to utilize your unused classes. Text us at 850-809-0602 with your request.

    • Our new student intro pass special can only be purchased one time per student.

    • Students must be a local resident.

    • This pass cannot be purchased if you’ve paid for and attended classes before (Buddy passes excluded) on a class pack.

    • Monthly memberships, unless cancelled via our website cancelation form (linked below), will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You must fill the form out with 15 days notice. https://www.diskolemonade.com/membership-cancelations

    • Memberships begin on the date of purchase.

    • If you’d like to pause your membership (one time per year up to 30 days) , submit the pause form prior to your next renewal date.

    • Disko Lemonade is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room. We do, however, place any lost items in the lost and found of the lobby for 2 weeks.

    • In case of inclement weather or other potentially dangerous situations, we will make the decision to cancel classes or workshops at least 2 hours ahead of time. Please check the online schedule or the studio Instagram before heading out.

    • You can request a buddy pass by texting us at 850-809-0602. Your buddy must have a FitDEGREE account for us to register them.

    • Please submit your request a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

    • We cannot guarantee your buddy will be able to attend the requested class. If the class is full, we will suggest another time. We suggest submitting two class days/time options with your request.

    • Unless you have received confirmation via text from us that your buddy is registered, your buddy does not have a spot.

    • Buddy Passes are not valid for workshops or special events.

  • What is your policy on having children in class at Disko? 

    We love kids and many of us have kids. However, Disko Lemonade is an adult environment and our classes are geared towards adults. We consider any student 18 years of age or older to be an adult, and they are welcome to attend any class on their own. 

    • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in class.

    • at 16, students can attend our yoga classes only (no IHP, DHP, or Sculpt)

    • Parents must come in and sign a waiver on behalf of their child.

    • Children are not permitted to sit in the lobby/boutique while their parent is in class, even if there is someone working in the boutique.
