Don’t forget to wear comfortable hiking shoes/sneakers and sun block. Water proof or water resistant shoes are best.
Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and mat sling for hikes where you will be carrying your mat.
May 26th Hike Yoga at Perdido Key State Park $10 15500 Perdido Key Dr, Pensacola, FL 32507. 9am Class will be held on the beach. We recommend bringing a towel, water, sunscreen. Be sure to park at the Visitor’s Center. We will meet in the Visitor’s Center parking lot.
June 2nd Big Lagoon State Park $10 12301 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32507 - 9am class - Park and meet at the observation tower parking lot. Park entry fee is $6.
