We are located in downtown Pensacola at 120 S Jefferson Street in the Southtowne complex.

There is street parking outside of disko payable via the Park Mobile app. Street parking is also free on Sundays. Should you elect to park in the parking garage above disko, you must bring your license plate number to the front desk prior to class start time for validation each time you come to class or you will receive a ticket and we don’t want that for you! :)

We recommend you bring your own mat but we do have some entry level mats available for rental.

Blocks, weights, bolsters, blankets, and straps are available for your use in the yoga room. Please wipe down any loaners before putting them back. If you need assistance, your teacher is here to help.

We begin class right on time and cannot admit students into the studio after class has already begun. Additionally, please wait until all of the students from the previous class have exited the studio room before entering to set up.

Please leave shoes and bagged belongings in your locker or in the boutique area. If you must have your phone on you due to a special circumstance, please let your teache know and please leave it on silent and face down. In the case of an emergency, please step outside of the studio to use your phone.

Lastly, we do not allow photos or video recording during yoga classes. You are welcome to take photos before and after class! Be sure to tag us so we can share! :)

We are happy to support you practicing with friends and family! To redeem a buddy pass, please text us at 850-809-0602 with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Unless you receive text confirmation your buddy is signed up, they do not have a spot. Buddy pass holders will also need their own FitDEGREE account.

The studio room is heated to around 85 degrees, the temperature we find is best for supporting your practice without the risk high temperatures can pose. With the Florida humidity, you will definitely get your sweat on!
