Ommm for the Ocean X Disko For a Cause

Through accessible yoga classes + education, held in nature, we raise awareness and funds, donated to local non-profits, to protect our local coastal ecosystems. Our summer series will specifically focus on manatees, sea turtles, and Rice’s whales.

    Sunrise OMMM for the Ocean – Benefiting the Rice’s Whale
    Pensacola Beach Park East Snorkling Reef, 6am

    When was the last time you watched the sunrise on the beach?
    Join us for a beautiful mor    ning on the sand for Sunrise OMMM for the Ocean, a special beachside yoga event dedicated to protecting the critically endangered Rice’s Whale.
    As the sun rises over the Gulf, we’ll share fun facts about Rice’s Whales and simple ways you can help protect them, followed by a gentle yoga flow surrounded by the sound of the waves.
    This event is all about connection, to yourself, to community, and to the ocean we love.
    Donation: Minimum $15
    Every donation receives a custom “Wallace” sticker (designed by Lauryn Chromiz)!
    Net proceeds support Rice’s Whale research, conservation, and protection efforts by Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Limited edition shirts will also be on sale.

    Tickets are $15 and include a limited-edition sticker featuring original artwork by a Disko student, highlighting the marine animal of the month.

    Proceeds will be donated to our chosen local marine conservation partner. For June, all net proceeds will support Escambia County’s marine conservation efforts.

    Limited-edition t-shirts will also be available for purchase, proceeds going directly to Escambia County.

  • Disko Lemonade is a for profit business organizing Ommm for the Ocean to raise awareness and funds for local non-profit organizations. We donate 100% of net profits to the non-profit of the month & keep our costs as low as possible. Organizations are picked and notified ahead of time.
