Ommm for the Ocean X Disko For a Cause

Through accessible yoga classes + education, held in nature, we raise awareness and funds to protect our local coastal ecosystems. Our summer series will specifically focus on manatees, sea turtles, and Rice’s whales.

Our next event will be at Bayview Park in Pensacola at 9:30am on May 16th

  • Our session will begin with an educational talk and practical tips on how we can all help protect and avoid harming the beloved manatee, which has been frequently sighted at Bayview Park. We will then move into a gentle, all-levels yoga flow guided by Disko teachers.

  • Tickets are $15 and include a limited-edition sticker featuring original artwork by a Disko student, highlighting the marine animal of the month.

    100% of the profits will be donated to our chosen local marine conservation partner. For May, all proceeds will support the Panhandle Manatee Program.

    Limited-edition t-shirts will also be available for purchase, with all profits going directly to the Panhandle Manatee Program.
