  • The Lake House

    Our host Lucia’s venue has been family owned for four generations. It is an organic agriculture venue with 32 hectares of park and a stunning view over Trasimeno Lake and it’s islands. The 150 square meters yoga room is at the center of the property at the first floor of the restaurant which is the ancient olive oil mill transformed in the 70s in the restaurant of the venue. The room has AC and heating, the floor is the authentic antique one of cotto tile and has view over the lake. All meals are served at the restaurant under the wooden pergola or inside the restaurant room in case it is too chilly to eat outside.

Joining with disko students and their families in Italy is a dream come true for us! There is the element that is very magical and specific to the area in it’s history, the activities we will do together, and of course, the food!     • Black truffle hunting at the venue wood with Francesco and his dogs, lesson on how to clean the truffles followed by lunch at the restaurant

  • Total cost is only 2900! Includes everything but your flight.

  • A 30% deposit is required to book

  • Your final payment is due by 9/1/2025

  • Kids aged 3-12 may attend at a discounted rate of 1,000

  • For the retreat: Sneakers, a rain down jacket & pullover, swim suit if you plan to use the pool, sun screen, your retreat tank or tee, journal & pen, a euro adapter, water bottle, any medication you may need, personal toiletries, comfortable and light clothes for retreat activities, yoga practice wear, bug repellant. **See if your phone service offers a temporary international add on & check rates. Or you will need to purchase a sim card.

    Long flight recommendations: Be sure to check TSA rules. Compression socks, eye mask, neck pillow, microfiber towel that can double as a blanket, portable phone charging bank, book/kindle/word search, blutooth connector for airline headphone jack, body wipes,

    Incase you forget:

    • The venue does offer euro adapters for purchase.
